However, whenever we share about this with our friends or family, the conversation never leads to practical tips, information that can help you better understand the situation, better navigate the workplace & perhaps work up the courage to quit!

We will navigate ways in which, in relationships, we loose ourselves and our identities. Our facilitator is counseling psychologist Faith Guchu. Aerial Hoop is an activity that one needs to try at least once in their life. Aerial Hoop is a full body workout. You will build strength in your arms, shoulders and upper body, and it is a fantastic way to strengthen your core. Additionally, you will feel like a badass after every class! Renowned aerial hoop instructor Hilda will run a group session that will leave you feeling like the superhero you are! Location and ticket prices will be shared soon.

Renowned Kenyan visual artist, Sebawali Sio,  whose work regularly stems from her feelings communicated through painting and sculpting. ‘Eyes’ and ‘women’ feature a lot in her work. She deems eyes important both as a means of communicating emotion and as organs of great significance where Visual Art is concerned.

She will be running a painting class, which will be a great opportunity to release emotion on a canvas while having a great time! Location and ticket prices will be shared soon.

The theme of this group therapy session is Losses Without Funerals. In the session, we will unpack losses we have experienced in our lives that are not physical deaths, but still illicit feelings of grief. For example, loss of relationships, friendships, jobs, businesses, marriages etc. Faith Guchu, a counselling psychologist, will facilitate the session. This is a great start point for those beginning to intentionally heal.
